Food and service weren't great

Great burgers, great milkshakes. I always leave super full. A nice deviation from the usual fast food joint.

People who take orders cant understand English and mess up every order usually, both time eating there went to the dog.

We were at the store on Saturday night. They are about to close but Jess helped us to get our order and delivered it with smile. They recommended us to try Beyond the Meat burger. Food was pronominal and delicious. Would visit there for sure. Cheers!

When it's great it's great .. for a fast food place.I'm reluctant to give it a 5star review because countless time when ordering a chicken club lettuce wrap I get it in a bun .. and the bun is absolutely terrible. This has always been the times where I am on my way home (out of town) and don't have time to check not to mention the dirty looks I get when I do check to make sure my order is right. I've mentioned it at the counter the next time after and they just shrug it off. I guess because it's the next time and there's nothing they can do? usually though the staff is pretty friendly and approachable.

Utter garbage. My family and I spent 60 and our burgers came out cold honestly do not bother. Subway. Tim Hortons. Wendy's are down the road if you are looking for something hot, fresh and worth it. 8 thumbs down that includes my four year old who loves cheeseburgers. Do not do it. I wish it had an option to choose zero stars only reason it's getting a one star is because I have no other choice.

I think it's the best burger in town.

First time eating here and im very impressed. They helped me with my order so they helped me choose my burger. The food and milkshake was superb and we got our food right away

Really good food here. Had one of their chicken sandwiches and it was some of the best fast food chicken I've tried. Also had a Oreo milkshake and it was really really good. Service here was awesome. They also had a bunch of tables with plug ins to charge your phone. Which was awesome to see when your travelling thru Lloyd and needed to make a pit stop.

Great fast food. Perfect stop for a quick meal that is a nice change from the normal big 3 fast food burger places.

Fast service but order was wrong. And not driving across the city to get it fixed. Did call in though.

I’ve never been to a Carl’s Jr before. Not much of a burger person so I had the poutine and it was amazing! Nice, fresh and hot. However I wasn’t given a receipt. Does anyone have the store location number thats on the top of the receipts?

Ordered a Stawberry shake. It was pink but it had no strawberry flavor what so ever. When ordering I was asked 3 times if I wanted more then one. I finally said look there's only one of me so one is enough. Especially at 4.90 for the only size they have. I tried to call the phone number on the receipt after but no answer. The on line survey didn't work at all after 5 attempts. But as far as the shake. Runny no flavor. Not even close to what it should be. I've run restaraunts and know good food. My last burger there was two years ago if that means anything to you. Not impressed not going back either.

One of the best fast food burger places in Lloydminster. Kids eat Free on certain days, the meals are cheaper that McDonald's but seem to be higher quality. The place is always clean too
